Ombre Powder Brows are shaded in from light to dark, giving an ombre effect that looks soft and natural. The technique is done by using a small handheld machine, comprising of a specialized and sterile needle that inserts pigmentation beneath the upper layers of the skin. This cosmetic eyebrow technique will mimic the appearance of conventional brow makeup whether it be a pencil or shadow. Unlike the harsh block tattooing of the past, the powdered ombre brows looks completely natural and can be individually customized.

NOT ALL PREVIOUS WORK DONE BY ANOTHER ARTIST CAN BE FIXED OR COVERED. Before booking please send me pictures of your brows without makeup to see if you’re a good candidate for Coverup & Correction.

If mild shaping issue, it can be corrected by redrawing and basically ‘covering up’ your previous tattoo with a new shape. Camouflaging previous tattoo can be possible, but it might take a few sessions to correct. It can be more tricky to correct depending on how bad it is.

An average eyebrows tattoo correction usually require three or more sessions and much more time and work than making new permanent eyebrows. Most permanent makeup corrections require client's patience and dedication. Due to the amount time and work needed to repair bad permanent makeup tattoo the cost of repair is not negotiable. The cost and number of sessions can not be predetermined.

I do not offer touchups on other artists work and require a photo of your brows to be considered for me to work on your brows.
Photo to send: left, right, full face eyes open makeup free/no filter brow photos in natural light
It is a case by case basis to be able to do coverup/correction work on your brows. (old tattoo brows/microblading) It will be a correction if your brows faded or turned to color (pink, red, purple. green, blue)
We will correct old brows and do either Ombre Brows or Microshading.
I do not offer touchups for other artists work. I require that anyone who has had their brows tattooed previously by another artist contact me via email before booking an appointment OR text our number. If you book an appointment without disclosing previous cosmetic tattoo work, your deposit will be forfeited and your appointment cancelled.

Wash your face once per day with a gentle cleanser that is fragrance and dye free. Pat dry the area. Do not apply any product to your healing tattoo.
Once healed, the freckles will look much more soft and natural.
Stay out of pools, oceans, saunas, hot tubs, etc — as well as direct sunlight – during the healing period.
Do not touch, pick or scratch.

.
We all long for beautiful and full rosy lips…few people are so lucky! Redefinition of an irregular lip line can be accomplished with a lip color procedure or restoration of color that has faded.

Pre-Procedural Considerations:
No alcohol or caffeinated product’s 24 hours before treatment and no aspirin or blood-thinning medication’s five (5) days prior.
Absolutely no injections of Novocaine should be administered to you ten (10) days before treatment. Please advise m e of any current injections.
All makeup should be removed and the skin thoroughly cleansed. I prefer you do this before your arrival.
For optimal results, the skin to be treated should not be irritated. • If you use or have used Retin-A or any other medications, please advise the technician.
Pain Preparation: Though the sensation of micro pigmentation implantation is minimal, clients respond differently. Some will feel a stronger sensation than others. Overall, procedures require minimal pain preparation. However, some clients use some sort of preparation for the treatment as a mental comfort. Many have taken over-the-counter Tylenol, 30 minutes before treatment. This will not interfere with the procedure. Any physician prescribed pain relieving medication for which you have arranged, should be taken as directed, usually after your arrival at the office. Please advise me of any medications taken. If desired, a dental block can be administered before the procedure. For Full Lip procedures, a dental block may be recommended.
For clients with any history of cold sores/fever-blister/herpes, even if it was when you were a child, contact your physician and request a prescription for Zovirax, Valtrex or Famvir. Take 2 days before the procedure, the day of the procedure and 2 days after the procedure as directed and repeat on all visits.
Post-Procedure – “After Care”:
The “after care” procedures are as important to the retention of the pigment as the actual implantation process. During this period, the primary objective is to allow the bonding process to be completely sealed inside the dermis. Your compliance will ensure that you receive maximum benefits from the procedure and reduce inconvenient follow-up visits.

Judgment of your results should be deferred until three weeks to one month following the final procedure. Immediately following the procedure, your look may be harsh and painted on looking, but it will soften up and look more natural as you heal. Again, the intensity of the procedure is most prominent following the procedure itself. Over the next 3-7 days, the outer layer of color will appear crusty and start to flake off. Special care should be exercised while the treated area is healing. Under no circumstances should you pick, scratch or rub the treated area or attempt to remove the crusty material. Removing of the crusts may result in the removal of the actual pigment and/or infection may occur. It is important that this protective “cover” stay on during the healing process (three to seven days). As the outer layer flakes off, you will notice that the color is lighter and softer. For the following two weeks, color that was implanted under the skin will move forward. After three weeks, your healing process should be complete.

After you leave, I recommend that ice packs be applied for 10 to 15 minutes each hour for the first 4-8 hours following the procedure. The ice is used to reduce swelling and provide comfort. After the first 24 hours the use of ice is no longer beneficial. Old wives’ tale: Cooled used tea bags are also good for preventing swelling.
No soap, cleanser or shampoo on the treated area for seven (7) days. Soap and cleansers are designed to remove any foreign substances. Obviously, this is detrimental to the bonding process required for the pigment to become permanent. Toothpaste and mouthwash are considered “soap” and will remove lip color, so proceed with caution when using.
All cleansing should be done with a clean Q-tip dipped in cool water and gently dabbed on the treated area. Do not rub the area in any way.
Apply A & D ointment with a Q-Tip in the procedure area for the first 24 hours. Then for the rest of the week apply Vitamin E oil or Liquid. Apply to the treatment area with a Q-tip several times per day (Do not use mineral oil or petroleum based products such as Vaseline.) This is to be done in a gentle dabbing motion as not to disrupt the pigmentation bonding process. This will keep the area moist and accelerate the healing. Do not let the area dry out, keep moist all times. Check your lips every thirty (30) minutes, re-apply ointment as necessary. Do not press or rub when applying ointment. Apply an extra heavy coat of ointment to the treated area before bedtime, bath, washing of adjacent areas, and immediately upon rising in the morning. If any form of redness, tenderness, drainage, fever or rash occurs, please contact Enhanced Cosmetics or your health care provider immediately!
Baths and showers are permitted but do not wash, scrub or touch the treatment area. Hot, steamy baths and showers should be avoided completely. After two weeks, you may resume all regular activities.
When brushing teeth for the first three (3) days, coat lips with a lot of ointment before brushing and use a minimal a mount of toothpaste.
For the first two (2) days, use a straw when drinking liquids; avoid sandwiches, biting into fruit or foods that might cause friction to the lips. Smoking is discouraged for optimal results.
o not use any lipstick or cosmetics on or near the treated area for seven (7) days. The procedure, even after the first treatment, looks so natural that you can feel very secure appearing in public without any additional makeup on the affected area. This rule applies also to non-allergic makeup, as it may contain chemicals that interfere with the bonding process. If or whenever you do begin using cosmetics again, invest in a new lipstick to support your new look. This will eliminate the possibility of bacteria breeding in an old container.
For at least two (2) weeks, you need to minimize exposure to the sun. I discourage swimming in fresh, salt or chlorinated pool water.
If needed, over-the-counter Tylenol is recommended for temporary relief of pain.
If you use Retin-A, do not allow it close to the treated area for thirty (30) days. It will cause the area to peel and lighten.
Since your procedure is facial, I recommend you sleep on a clean satin pillowcase for seven (7) nights. This will minimize the loss of pigmentation caused by rubbing against a cotton, textured pillowcase as you sleep.
Special care should be exercised while the treated area is healing. Under no circumstances should you pick, scratch or rub the treated area or attempt to remove the crusty material. Removing of the crusts may result in the removal of the actual pigment and/or infection may occur. It is important that this protective “cover” stay on during the healing process (three to six days).
Always use good health habits.
If you have any questions after you get home, feel free to call.
Variations to these recommendations are not encouraged and will most likely affect the final out come of your procedure, if not totally remove the implantations.
*Note*
• Swelling, oozing, and some redness are normal the next day after the procedure for some clients. The use of Benadryl over the counter and keeping your face vertical is helpful.
• Shedding your color and outer epidermal skin is normal during the first 3-4 days following treatment.
• At the end of three weeks, your procedure should be healed. Please contact your technician if you feel that the treatment area needs to be touched up. If this touch up is needed, this is to be done free of charge. Please do not wait any longer than 3-6 weeks after the initial procedure, to have this done, as there could be an additional charge. Should I require a third or additional touch-ups, I understand that there will be an additional charge for that service.
• Should you suspect an infection in or around the procedure area, please contact Bianca Brows or your health care provider immediately!

-------
What if I told you that there is a way to get naturally glowing and smoothed complexion without actually having to put on makeup?

Water Shine Covered BB Glow Skin is a semi-permanent foundation treatment that includes active ingredients, injected into the skin to give a flawless natural look. In ONLY 3-4 sessions you can achieve minimized pores and glowing, radiant skin for up to 6 months.

WHAT IS A BB GLOW TREATMENT AND WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT DURING THE TREATMENT?
A BB Glow Treatment is a safe and intensive skin treatment that can assist in reduction of the appearance of freckles and aids in the lightening of your skin. It also helps with skin discoloration caused by acne, photo-aging or age spots.

Firstly, all traces of makeup will be removed with a double cleanse (if possible, try to come makeup free). In order to prepare the skin for deep penetration of BB serum, your skin will be exfoliated with a light microdermabrasion to remove dead skin cells. After applying a thin layer of BB serum over your face, a micro-needling pen will be moved over your face to penetrate the BB serum into the skin. Delicate areas such as the nose and eyes might need more coverage as these areas typically have more uneven edges and skin problems, notably redness and dark eye circles. After penetration, the BB cream serum will blend and adjust to your skin tone. Last but not least, your treatment is completed with a custom sheet mask & LED session to boost collagen production.

HOW DOES SKIN CHANGE POST TREATMENT?
The treatment starts by restoring even skin tone and a radiant complexion – a great way to get an instant and gradual lightening effect. As it reduces melanin content in the skin, there is lesser skin discoloration too. Post-treatment, expect some mild redness that typically lasts for a day or so. Some peeling around the nose and mouth, particularly for those with dehydrated skin, may also occur.

HOW MANY SESSIONS ARE NEEDED AND HOW LONG DOES THE TREATMENT LAST?
Ranging from a couple to multiple sessions, treatments vary. In most cases, the effect can be seen soon enough (1 - 2 sessions) and this is why the BB Glow treatment is a great option for events and special occasions. Bride to be? This could be a great option to get that all glowing look! The effect might only last for a few days to a week if you are a first timer. More maintenance would have to be done (2 or 3 times), and the effect would be more pronounced and longer lasting. Then, it would last from 6 months up to one year. Treatments can be done every 2 weeks.

Benefits:

Provides instant and gradual lightening effect

Neutralizes free radicals

Reduces melanin content in skin before and after UV exposure

Restores even skin tone and radiant complexion

Reduces skin discoloration

Effective skin brightening, skin whitening and wrinkle improvement

Will not clog up your pores unlike applying makeup foundation or BB creams.

PERMANENT COSMETIC QUESTIONS

FREQUENTLY ASK QUESTIONS (call for appointment)
What is Permanent Make Up?

It is a form of cosmetic tattoo that uses precise techniques to implant pigments into the dermal layer of the skin. Usually for enhancing or correcting certain features that alternatively would be done with regular makeup products.

Other terms : Permanent cosmetics, Cosmetic tattoo, Derma-pigmentation & Micro-pigmentation.

How Permanent is it?

Permanent refers to something being stable without significant change This technically means a Permanent Make Up procedure would be something everlasting. That being said, longevity of the procedure can vary from individuals depending on many factors including a persons lifestyle, health, exposure to environment and type / brand of pigment used.

What is Microblading?

In simple terms it is another form of cosmetic tattooing but instead of using a machine, eyebrow embroidery uses a hand tool to create and mimic hair like strokes which gets implanted into the deeper layers of the epidermis / upper dermal layer.

Other terms : Eyebrow Embroidery, Eyebrow Feathering, 3d brows , Micro strokes & Semi-Permanent Cosmetic Tattoo

How Permanent is it?

It will highly depend on how light or deep of a pressure the technician implants the. Going too deep may push pigment furthur into the skin or even cause long time damage. Going too light will result in higher loss of color retention and changes pigment does not deposit at all. Generally we advise clients anywhere from 6 months to 2 years.

What is Manual Shading?

Also known as the Soft Tap Method, this technique uses a hand held device compacted with a bunch of single needles that implants pigment using a rhythmic rolling motion creating a shadow like subtle shading of the eyebrow.

How Permanent is it?

Similar to Microblading, Manual Shading is meant to penetrate more superficial layers or upper layer of the dermis so longevity will vary depending on the same factors.

What is Manual Nano Microblading?

It is the same definition as traditional microblading except when referring to Nano you are using a very fine blade to implant finer strokes that are more compacted together.

How Permanent is it?

Refer to Microblading. Can last anywhere from 6 months to 2 years.

Other Permanent Make Up terminology.

Powdered Shading. Using a machine to shade or “powder” in the eyebrows as you would if filling it in with powdered makeup.

Ombre Shading. Using a machine to shade or “powder” in the eyebrows as you would if filling it in with powdered makeup and blending the color gradually lighter as you go towards the nose or head of brow.

Combo Brows. Combining different methods and techniques to create individualized brows for each client whether it be manual or machine.

AM I A CANDIDATE?
The following requirements must be followed or healing results of this procedure may be unsuccessful . Technician can also request a physician’s note or refuse service for any
reason.

CLIENTS NOT SUITABLE FOR THIS PROCEDURE
Under the age of 18 years old.
Previously had a solid permanent makeup tattoo that is very dark and discoloured.
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Colour retention is unpredictable.
On any medications that are blood thinners like Advil, Accutane, Retin-A, Retin-A, Vitamin A. Stop 6 weeks prior to procedure.
Skin diseases like psoriasis, ingrown hairs, dermatitis, undiagnosed rashes and blisters on or around the area.
If you are prone to keloid scarring there may be a higher chance you may get it after the procedure
Recent sun exposure that has caused a burn will be very sensitive and painful, wait 4 weeks after have recently burnt to have procedure done
Mature skin that is loose and wrinkled are difficult as the strokes will get lost in between the creases. ( Not meant for Microblading)
Eczema or dry skin are more prone to pigment loss as the skin is shedding more often
Oily Skin or clients with large pores tend to bleed the strokes more easily making the tattoo appear more solid. Wider gaps between strokes can counteract this.
Growth Serum, please discontinue 6 weeks prior to procedure
Clients who have a bleeding disorder, heart condition or have pacemaker, autoimmune disorder, and shingles cannot have this procedure done.
Certain medications may cause issues during procedure, please consult you physician prior and disclose that information before booking appointment.
Disclose any allergies to technician before booking procedure as some ingredients may be in the pigments or numbing agents used.
Post Inflammatory Hyperpigmentation can cause skin to become darker and discoloured. (Common with Fitzpatrick 6 skin types)

WHAT TO EXPECT BEFORE/DURING PROCEDURE
A patch test involves placing small amounts of the substances being used against the skin and affixing them in place. It is recommended at least 48 hours prior to procedure to determine if any rashes and allergic or skin reactions will occur due to the numbing or pigments being used. Note that even with a patch test performed, there is no guarantee reactions still will not occur due to aftercare or other changes. If you want to do a patch test, an appointment must be made prior to your initial appointment date. If you do not come in for a patch test prior you understand that you will be waiving the right to patch test and going ahead with the procedure.

Please come to appointment makeup free as not to hide your true skin tone colour and appearance. This affects the pigment colour chosen and how it may heal on the skin.

Prior to procedure the technician will draw, shape and outline the eyebrows until client is satisfied. Only hairs around the outlined shape will be removed.

Numbing is applied for 20-30 minutes before actual procedure with Microblading. With shading numbing is applied after the outline has been tattoo'd Pain is usually minimal but everyone is different and will depend on each individuals tolerance.Topical anesthetic will also be used in between passes for more comfort.

AFTER PROCEDURE

Refrain from getting water on the eyebrows the first 3 days as to avoid infections.
Aftercare ointment that the technician provides must be applied the first 3 nights.
The brows will look dark and thicker during this time in which they will start to scab
and peel. As the next few days progress you may start to see color loss in pigment and
patch areas but don't be alarmed the pigment will come back in a few days to a week.
Expect up to 2 weeks for the healing process. Initial touch up within 3 months is
recommended to implant the pigment further and prolong color.
The tattoo can last anywhere from 1-2 years depending on clients care and lifestyle .
Exfoliation & sun exposure are some factors that can contribute to fading. Apply SPF daily
to help protect the color. Annual touch up recommended yearly.
Save time off your make up routine and actually "wake up like this" everyday!
